Terry Fox Run

On Sunday 4th November, a group of enthusiastic campers & companions were invited to join the Hong Kong Cancer's Fund 6th Annual "Stride for a Cure" .

Starting and finishing at the HK International School, individuals, families and teams can choose from two alternative routes of 5km & 12km taking them through scenic Tai Tam Country Park.

The event had a carnival atmosphere with live entertainment and game booths for the younger children. It was also nice to see some of the rotarians from Kowloon North met our kids and have a chance to mix with them and their families.

This fund-raising event is held each year to aid cancer research projects in Hong Kong.

The children and companions also contributed to this fund-raising event, raising an amazing total of $50,565 between them all!
