A STEP TOWARDS CHINA

Camp Quality Hon g Kong is currently working with two major children's cancer hospitals in Guangzhou, the Sun Yat Sen Memorial Hospital and the Nam Fong Hospital. We are aiming to establish a programme which offers care and support to children with cancer and their families.

In China, a country where hospital conditions are poor and where hundreds of children are diagnosed with cancer each year, Camp Quality Hong Kong finds itself drawn into playing a bigger role to bring some joy into the hearts of these children.

On November 19th, Camp Quality Hong Kong organise it's first successful event with the Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hospital. The local turnout was extremely encouraging with many families traveling long hours to attend this event.

The local children and their families were treated to lunch at a local McDonald's restaurant and entertained by various games organized by McDonald's staff. A surprise visit by Ronald McDonald himself added a few more smiles!
